How To Get a Flat Stomach
1. Lie on your exercise ball, positioning it under the lower back.
2. Cross your arms over your chest.
3. Lift your torso off the ball by contracting your abs.
4. As you curl up, make sure that the ball is stable.
5. Lower back down, stretching your abs.
Do 12-16 reps for 1-3 sets
