How To Get a Flat Stomach | Simple Flat Stomach Exercises
Medicine balls are simply weighted balls. They come in different sizes. Some are filled with sand or other fillers and some are solid rubber. A beginner should purchase one that is 2-6 pounds. If you have big hands and a decent ab strength then you can probably use a ball of 6-12 pounds.
1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2. Grasp the Medicine ball with both hands and extend your arms in front of you.
3. Recline your back to a 45 degree angle.
4. Keeping your lower body still, twist your body to the left and then right.
5. The medicine ball should touch the floor to your side on each rotation.
1. Lie on your back.
2. Point your legs straight into the air at a 90 degree angle to the horizontal.
3. Hold the medicine ball with both hands and arms straight. Your arms should be parallel with your legs.
4. Exhale as you lift your shoulder blades off the floor and try to touch your toes with the ball.
5. At the top, hold for 1 second.
6. Slowly lower to the start position.
7. Repeat.
1. Lie on your back with your hands palm down at your sides.
2. Have a medicine ball between your feet and lift your legs in the air to a 90 degree angle to the horizontal.
3. Engaging your abdominal muscles, slowly lower your feet towards the floor.
4. When you feel your lower back arching, hold for a second.
5. Return to start position and repeat.
